Before you send the product back, kindly send us an e-mail with a description of the problem. Please let us know what works wrong, in what circumstances the problem occurs, and whether the problem developed just after the purchase or later. You can send us a photo or a short video (a record made with a mobile will suffice) as an attachment to your e-mail.

After we have received your e-mail we may ask you to give us additional information. In this way we most often manage to identify the problem and to suggest the right solution. In many cases it turns out that a return is not necessary at all.
